This is the calculator I use to determine my own calories and macros along with clients’ for various diet phases such as maintenance diet, reverse-dieting, fat-loss, and bulking for optimal muscle growth! The calculations are based on The Mueller Equation for estimated maintenance and BMR, and diet rates tested tried and true by Layne Norton (expert leader on nutrition and training).
